New Fee Structure in place for FY2025 USPTO-related applications.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has announced trademark fee changes effective January 18, 2025. These adjustments are part of the agency’s ongoing effort to align revenue with operational costs and support its strategic goals. Key changes include increased fees for trademark applications, renewals, and various post-registration filings.

For some categories of services, this is the first agency fee increment since 2022.
